GENERAL INFORMATION
The ATELIERTAGLI online store is owned and managed by the company ATELIER TAGLI S.R.L., with its headquarters in Aleea Buchetului no. 2, et. 3, ap. 51, room 1, Bucharest, Sector 3, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under number J40 / 5003 / 2018, having a unique registration code RO 39170388, email: contact@ateliertagli.com.
The purpose of the terms and conditions is to regulate the contractual relationship with you, as a customer of ATELIER TAGLI. Ordering products from the ATELIER TAGLI website implies that you accept the terms and conditions listed in this document.
DEFINITIONS
ATELIERTAGLI - the name of the online store through which the company ATELIER TAGLI S.R.L. carries out its activity, in particular it sells products consisting of bags and accessories;
Content - all the materials available on the www.ateliertagli.com website, being included here, but not limited to, brands, logos, stylised representations, photos, videos, static images, dynamic images, text, multimedia content, product models as well as the accessories used, etc., all rights being reserved to ATELIERTAGLI;
Seller - the ATELIER TAGLI S.R.L. company which offers for sale products and accessories through the website www.ateliertagli.com;
User - the person who visits the ATELIERTAGLI online store by accessing the web page www.ateliertagli.com;
Consumer - any individual or group of individuals constituted in associations, which acts for purposes outside its commercial, industrial or production activity, artisanal or liberal;
Client - any individual over 16 years of age or legal person who completes the order procedure available on the website www.ateliertagli.com;
Order - electronic document representing the form of communication between Seller and Customer, through which the latter expresses his intention to purchase certain products;
Products - any products from those offered by ATELIERTAGLI through the online store, included by the Customer in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Customer;
Contract - represents the Order made by the Customer in accordance with the provisions of "Terms and conditions", subsequently confirmed by the Seller, by which the Seller agrees to sell and deliver the Products, and the Customer agrees to purchase, receive and pay for the products;
Courier - any person under public or private law who provides courier services.
CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE CUSTOMER
The contract between you and ATELIERTAGLI is concluded when the order placed on the website www.ateliertagli.com is confirmed as processed and accepted by us by an email sent in this regard.
Prior confirmation of the receipt of your order is not equivalent to the conclusion of a contract between ATELIERTAGLI and you, being just an indication that we have received your order and will process it.
PRODUCT DISPLAY
The colours, the texture of the material, the shape of the product or other visual elements may be displayed differently depending on the specifications of the monitor used, the choice of Internet browser, the operating system used or the device on which you access the web page www.ateliertagli.com.
ATELIRTAGLI assumes no responsibility for the colour variations that have occurred between the product displayed on the web page www.ateliertagli.com and the product delivered to you, variations due to the factors described above.
PRODUCTS AND THEIR AVAILABILITY
The products referred to in this document are those displayed on the web page www.ateliertagli.com, grouped into collections, each collection having its own particularities. For more information on each collection, please visit the related pages at www.ateliertagli.com.
If a product is available, it can be added to your shopping cart. If it is no longer available, the “Add to cart” button becomes unavailable, displaying the message "out of stock”.
Exceptionally, the products on the site can also be made to order, depending on the particularities of each collection and the availability of materials, as specified in the "Custom Orders" tab, from the product description.
ATELIERTAGLI constantly strives to keep stocks updated. In the event that, as a result of an error in the database, a product that has been ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss the possibility of ordering another product (already in stock or on order) or to cancel the order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Placing an order for a product that is no longer available is done through the contact form on the site. The details of the order will be discussed by email, when it will be communicated to the customer and the price of the product, depending on his personalisation options. This is considered a custom product, and therefore cannot be returned, as mentioned in the Return Policy.
For the products made to order, payment is made in full, by bank order, before the production of the product actually begins.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The delivery of the products will depend on their availability, as follows:
In the case a product is in stock, ATELIERTAGLI will honour your order (in the sense that it will hand the product to the courier) within 24 hours from the registration of the payment, if the customer has chosen to pay by payment order, or within 24 hours from the processing of the order, if the customer has chosen the cash on delivery payment option.
If a product is unavailable and a customer wants to make a custom order, ATELIERTAGLI will proceed to manufacture the product according to the customer’s specifications agreed via email. Our lead times take around 15 working days (stated otherwise if that’s the case on certain products ), depending on the complexity of the model or availability of materials. For the products made to order, it is necessary to pay them in full before they are actually manufactured.
In case of force majeure, delivery may be delayed.
We reserve the right not to fill orders to customers who have previously proceeded to not paying the value of the order (if they have opted for the cash on delivery payment option, they have changed your mind about the purchase and the order has not been canceled).
The transfer of ownership over the products will be done upon delivery, by signing the transport documents, provided that the full payment of the price has been made. With the transfer of the property to you, the risks will be transferred. If the product received is damaged, we recommend that you return it to the condition it was received without using it.
Shipment in Romania is free of charge. For Orders shipped outside Romania, the cost is the one charged by our partner for courier services. Also, depending on the country of destination, customs taxes may apply. Please note these taxes are not included in the price displayed on the website, will not be borne by ATELIER TAGLI and they are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products is the one displayed on the www.ateliertagli.com website in RON and includes VAT. Prices can also be displayed in EUR, including VAT, through the currency convertor on the website. The price displayed does not include the shipment value, the amount will be added to the total payment and will be visible both separately and in the total payment on the invoice.
The price of the products varies depending on the model chosen and the materials from which the products are made. In this regard, we inform you that for the same model, the price may vary depending on the particularities of the materials used.
If we notice that there were errors in the price display, we will remedy them as soon as possible. In the event that you have already placed an order for a product affected by such errors, you will be immediately contacted and informed of the situation, the order being automatically cancelled. Cancellation of the order is not subject to your prior information as the contract between you and ATELIER TAGLI is terminated, according to the law, when we confirm that we have verified the order and accepted it. Thus, if we fail to contact you, we will cancel your order.
For Customers in Romania, the payment of the Order can be made by bank payment or cash on delivery, in RON currency. For Customers outside Romania, the payment of the Order can be made exclusively by bank payment, in EUR currency.
Last but not least, ATELIERTAGLI reserves the right to periodically change the price of the products displayed on www.ateliertagli.com at any time (except for the products that are already subject to a confirmed order and are not affected by the price error).
ORDERING THE PRODUCTS
To order the ATELIERTAGLI products you have to add the product to the cart (this can be checked at any time during your browsing on the web page www.ateliertagli.com), and then proceed to complete the order. In order to complete the order, it is necessary to check the box "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions”.
In the final stage (checkout), to complete the order, you must provide us with your personal data in order to issue the invoice, process the payment and then deliver the ordered products.
Orders will be processed and delivered on working days, except for public holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed and shipped, as the case may be, on the next working day, if the payment is cash on delivery, or after the payment is registered, if the payment is made by bank payment.
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order. As soon as ATELIERTAGLI processes the order, it verifies the chosen payment method (bank payment, respectively cash on delivery), we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your order, that will also contain a summary of the order, and in in case you chose bank payment, the email will include the proforma invoice to be paid. Later, after the registration of the payment (in case you have chosen the bank payment) and after we have prepared the order for shipment, you will receive an email with the invoice and the tracking data of the parcel, together with the shipment confirmation to the delivery address you have provided.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty represents the assurance that ATELIERTAGLI offers to its customers that the products made by ATELIERTAGLI comply with the quality standards and the description presented on the web page and were made in accordance with the purposes for which they were created.
ATELIERTAGLI assumes responsibility for any lack of conformity of the existing products at the time they were delivered. The warranty period for non-compliance is 2 years and runs from the date of delivery of the product.
According to the provisions of art. 17 of Law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of the products and the associated guarantees, you have the obligation to inform us about the lack of conformity within two months from the date you found it. When informed, you will also send us the product(s) concerned for analysis by our team.
In the event of non-compliance, you have the right to request ATELIER TAGLI, as a repair measure, to replace or repair the product according to your preferred option, in each case without payment, unless this request is impossible or disproportionate.
You can request an appropriate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract (this measure can be requested if the failure is not minor) in any of the following cases:
- if you did not benefit from either the repair or the replacement of the product;
- if ATELIERTAGLI did not take the remedial action within a reasonable period of time;
- if ATELIERTAGLI did not take the repair measure, without significant inconveniences for the consumer.
Any repair or replacement of the products will be made within a period of up to 15 working days from the moment you returned us the product / products affected by the non-compliance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCTS
In order to ensure a long service life of the ATELIERTAGLI products, it is necessary to provide adequate care for the products, as follows:
- Protect the bag from moisture: this can cause irreversible damage;
- Protect the bag from light and strong sources of heat, which can affect the colour;
- Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics or perfumes. These can cause stains that are difficult to remove;
- Avoid contact with abrasive materials / surfaces, which may scratch the skin or metal parts;
- keep the bag in its box when not in use;
- Avoid contact with dark coloured clothing to avoid colour transfer.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content of the web page www.ateliertagli.com belongs to the company ATELIER TAGLI SRL (being included here, but not limited to, brands, stylised representations, photos, filming, static images, dynamic images, text, multimedia content, product models as well as the accessories used etc.)
It is not allowed to reproduce, distribute and alter in any way the content of the web page www.ateliertagli.com except with the express written agreement of the company ATELIER TAGLI S.R.L.
Also, any use for commercial purposes (for example, affiliation) with ATELIERTAGLI is allowed with the agreement of ATELIERTAGLI obtained in advance. In this regard, please contact us at the email address contact@ateliertagli.com.

CONFILICT RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The contract will be governed by the Romanian legislation. In case of disputes, ATELIERTAGLI will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Romania.
