The present Privacy Policy aims to explain how ATELIER TAGLI S.R.L. (hereinafter "ATELIER TAGLI") collects personal data.

Specifically, through this document we want to inform you about how we process your personal data when you interact with us in connection with the purchase of our products, through our website. The present Privacy Policy considers the processing of personal data of our users (clients), as well as of our commercial partners.

WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT DATA WE PROCESS?

Personal data is any information that refers to an identified or identifiable individual. The different information that, together, can lead to the identification of a certain person is also personal data. Also, personal data that has been anonymised, encrypted or pseudonymized, but can be used to identify a person, remains personal data.

The processing includes all the operations we can perform regarding the data, such as collecting, recording, storing, adjusting, organising, using, disclosing, transferring and deleting them.

You communicate personal information to us when you become our client, by placing orders on the ATELIER TAGLI website (ie by filling out the existing order form on the site, by filling out the contact form, or by sending an email to the contact@ateliertagli.com).

The policy of ATELIER TAGLI is to process only the data that is necessary to honor the orders placed through the website www.ateliertagli.com (ie the conclusion of the contract as well as the delivery of the products). In general, in order to carry out our activity, we process the following types of personal data: name; first name; email address; phone number; billing address; delivery address; order number; invoice number; name and quantity of products; IBAN account and bank; other information, as the case may be.

ATELIER TAGLI does not collect personal data belonging to minors. Thus, this site is NOT intended for people who have not turned 16 and by placing orders the individual confirms implicitly that they are over 16 years.

The activity of our online store does not involve collecting and processing of personal data from special categories such as: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious confession or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions and processing of genetic data, biometric data for unique identification. of a natural person, data on health or data on the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person.

Also, whenever you visit our online store www.ateliertagli.com, data can be transmitted automatically to our server, such as:

We process personal data collected as a result of our online store visit to perform statistics on our visits and sales, as well as to customise ads. For this purpose, the data can be transmitted to external service providers - Google Analytics, Facebook.

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY ATELIER TAGLI?

In order to deliver goods and make payments based on the contracts concluded with you, ATELIER TAGLI will process the personal data necessary to conclude and execute the contract with you, as well as those necessary to comply with the legal obligations related to our activity (ie keeping the accounting documents and those required for product warranty).

Your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties, as follows:

 - To business partners, suppliers and subcontractors, for the purpose of executing all contracts and for delivering orders to European Union countries using courier and related payment services;
 - To service providers that offer technical support ATELIER TAGLI for IT (maintenance, software development) and security support;

- To external consultants (i.e. lawyers, accountants, auditors), when necessary, in order to carry out their activity;

HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

In order to achieve the above purposes, ATELIER TAGLI will process personal data throughout the contractual relationship.

Also, ATELIER TAGLI will process your data after the conclusion of the contractual relationship in order to fulfill its legal obligations in the field (for example, within the legal deadlines, including those regarding the accounting and product guarantee).

The right to information

According to the provisions of art. 15 paragraph (1) GDPR, you have the right to obtain, on request, for free, information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Right of access

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, without charging any fee for the first 2 data provisions. If you need copies of the data already provided, we will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the data. We will be entitled to refuse excessive or repeated and unjustified requests.

The right to rectification

If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to ask us to rectify it. If we have communicated to third parties the data that were subsequently corrected by you, we will also inform the respective third parties about the changes.

The right to oppose data processing

You may object to the use of your personal data by ATELIER TAGLI in its activity. You can exercise this right online at the email address contact@ateliertagli.com or by phone at (+40) 729959777.

You can also oppose receiving personalised commercial messages from us. When you become a ATELIER TAGLI customer (by placing an order through the ATELIER TAGLI online store or by filling in the contact form), we will ask you if you want to receive personalised offers and, in the event that you opt for such messages, we will send commercial emails. In order to stop receiving promotional messages, if you change your mind later, you can choose not to contact us for this purpose, by using the "Unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of each promotional email.

We mention here that you cannot object to the processing of your personal data by ATELIER TAGLI if we have a legal obligation to process them, and if it is necessary to conclude a contract with you.

Right to delete

According to the provisions of art. 17 GDPR, you have the possibility to request ATELIER TAGLI to delete your personal data if:

- personal data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- you have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- you object to the processing of your personal data and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail in the processing;
- you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling);
- personal data were processed illegally;
- personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the operator under Union law or national law under which the operator is located;

- personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services directly to a child, as mentioned in Article 8 (1) of the GDPR.

We will not proceed to delete your personal data if we are bound to comply with legal obligations to keep the data or if your personal data are necessary for us to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.

The right to restrict processing

You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in one of the following situations:

- challenge the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of these data;

- the processing of your data is illegal (that is, the processing of your personal data does not result from the execution of the contract concluded with you, does not have an express consent or is not carried out in our legitimate interest) and you oppose the deletion of your personal data personally, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
- ATELIER TAGLI no longer needs your personal data for the purpose for which they were processed, but you ask us to find, exercise or defend a right in court;

- you have opposed the processing for direct marketing purposes, for the period of time in which it is ascertained whether the legitimate rights of ATELIER TAGLI, as an operator, prevail over those of you, as a data subject.

You have the right to receive personal data processed by ATELIER TAGLI as a result of your consent or as a result of the conclusion of the contract between ATELIER TAGLI and you, or which have been taken over by automated means, in a structured format, used in a manner current and which can be read automatically, and you can also request the transmission of this data to another personal data operator.
